John Sleconich
Chief Executive Officer
John is the former General Manager and Vice President of Engineering at Proterra. An electronic bus manufacturer located in South Carolina. While at Proterra, John led the team that integrated the first hydrogen fuel cell as an onboard charging system for electronic buses. As General Manager, he directed the supply chain, engineering, certifications, customer service and developing the next generation vehicle which is now in production.
Prior to Proterra, John spent twelve years at Cessna Aircraft in Kansas. He was the Director of Aircraft System Engineering. Where he managed a team of 300+ engineers locally. And 35 engineers internationally. With an annual budget of $50 million. His team was responsible for systems design and certification of all new and existing aircraft both domestically and across the globe.
John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology, and a BS in Business Economics from Southern Illinois University. He is currently serving as a board member on the Executive Committee for the Center for Transportation and the Environment.

Angela Forrest
Director of Supply Chain Management
Angela brings over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and Lean Manufacturing with companies of all sizes and in a broad range of industries. She is responsible for the oversight of the company’s supplier management functions, including implementation of global supply chain strategies.
Prior to joining Infintium, Angela held positions of increasing responsibility with General Electric, Snap-on Power Tools and Proterra. Angela has a proven track record of driving bottom line results by applying lean manufacturing principles to many key Supply Chain functions including purchasing, materials management, production planning, and new product development.
Angela holds a BS in Business Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville and an MBA from Western Carolina University.

Robert Clippard, Ph.D.
Director of Systems Engineering
Robert joined Infintium in 2021. He oversees all aspects of software and electrical development across each class of power cell. This includes the sensor fusion design, power control unit design, power conversion and management, data collection, and our KPI indication platform. He joins after having worked with various manufacturers ranging from Proterra, Daimler Trucks North America, BMW Group USA, and PowerSecure. Through his various roles he has worked with both emerging technology as well as legacy systems. With two startups under his belt, he is also well versed in dynamic, hypergrowth development surrounding new technology deployments.
Robert’s role leading the electrical and software development at Proterra, has provided him with knowledge of the technical hurdles purely battery powered EV platforms face. While there he worked to launch multiple generations of battery electric transit buses, worked with various OEMs to integrate battery electric systems into demonstration vehicles, and helped launch multiple OEM battery electric vehicles using Proterra technology.
Robert holds a Ph.D. in Automotive Engineering from Clemson University as well as Master of Science in Computer Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degrees from North Carolina State University.

Tyler Marrero
Director, Corporate Functions
Tyler brings almost a decade of human resources experience in a wide range of industries. He is responsible for the development of the company’s Human Resources, EH&S, and IT functions. Prior to joining Infintium, Tyler worked as an HR Manager at adidas’ Spartanburg, SC distribution center and Benteler Automotive’s Upstate assembly plant. Tyler began his career by completing Air Products and Chemicals’ HR Career Development Program. Tyler also previously ran his own recruiting firm and is a passionate entrepreneur at heart looking to design and implement people processes.
Tyler holds a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Clemson University.

Brian Haniff
Director of Operations
Brian Haniff has over 34 Years of plastic injection molding and assembly experience in Tier 1 and Tier II Automotive. Where he was responsible for all activity on the production floor. To include management of production teams. Brian worked closely with the business to develop and initiate changes to machinery, work cells, production systems, and work methods.
Prior to joining Infintium, Brian worked 12 years with Magna International as an Operations Manager. Where he set up three new production facilities, consisting of assembly lines for the manufacturing processes of injecting molding, stamping presses and doors, mirror and truck exterior. Brian was also vital in defining process standards and implementing production systems to guide over 180 employees.

Ivan Guadarrama
Director of Quality
Ivan brings 16 year of experience in Quality Management systems. He has worked with multiple large organizations. Ensuring supplier and production quality standards and goals are met. Ivan brings a wealth of experience from the automotive industries. Where he guided the business quality process by focusing improvements in QA, control and prevention using Six Sigma Quality tools for Lean Manufacturing processes.
Ivan has successfully led the certification process of 2 automotive companies. Ivan accomplished this by implementing and leading a strong improvement plan across the plant. Ivan most recently lead the recertification of Magna Mirrors to obtain the IATF 16949-2016 certification.
Prior to Magna, Ivan worked in Supplier Quality Management with Mercedes Benz USA Inc. (MBUSI) His Quality systems expertise helped suppliers to achieved successful launches and volume demands. One of his achievements at MBUSI was to lead a six sigma project with supplier “Decostar” detecting and improving processes to achieve a reduction of 85% bumper rejects.
Ivan holds a BS in Industrial Engineering. He holds professional Certificates in Six Sigma Green Belt, VDA auditor, and IATF Internal Auditor.

Hu Quan
Managing Director, Asia
Hu Quan is a seasoned marketing and sales expert with a track record in multiple industries. Prior to Infinitum, Quan was the Chief Operating Officer of Chetuan.com, a leading automotive e-commerce platform based in Shanghai, China. Within 1.5 years of joining the company, he grew annual revenue from $30 million to $1 billion by introducing new business models and leveraging partnership with key industry players.
Hu Quan holds an MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School, MBA English from University of International Business and Economics, and a BS degree from Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology.

Dr. Joe Hwang
Chairman
Dr. Hwang has more than 28 years of experience and knowledge in the global automotive industry. Prior to joining Infintium, he had spent 24 years with Ford North America and 4+ years with NIO in China.
In the last fifteen years, he has demonstrated his extensive global leadership on ground-up organizations for the NIO Quality/Advanced Technology and the Ford Emerging Market Sourcing/Engineering teams.
During his professional career, he has won many awards from the Global OEMs. He is a certified Black Belt of the Ford Six-Sigma Quality. Also, he has published many technical papers in international journals and has been invited as the keynote speaker for many global technical and investment conferences.
As for his business acumen and leadership, Dr. Hwang has developed plans and strategies, on a world-wide basis, for the adoption/ongoing use of the latest technology/material for electrified vehicles, leveraged Chinese talent/resource for global competitiveness, and worked with the Chinese Government on New Energy policy/regulation setting & implementation plans.
Dr. Hwang holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering & Applied Mechanics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a M.S./B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from National Chiai Tung University in Taiwan.
